You are always welcome to exchange. If you keep all tags and packaging in good condition and the item/items have not been worn, there will not be a restocking fee. The shipping fees to send the new items to you and the shipping fees to send the items back to us are your responsibly.
You are always welcome to return. A 10% restocking fee is charged on all non-defective returns. No returns after 30 days. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on special order or closeout items. The shipping fees to send the items to you and the shipping fees to send the items back to us are the customers responsibly.
The best way to exchange your item/items is to reorder the correct size on line. Make sure you type in the brand name of the item you already have in the comment section at check out. This way we can send you the same brand name so you will have a matching item/items and a better fit. You are also welcome to return the item/items for exchange. Just return the item/items with the instructions for the exchange in the package and include a check for the reshipping fee of $6.95. If no check is enclosed for the shipping fee we will charge the credit card used for the original order.

Include your packing slip or a paper with your name, address, telephone number and a brief note with the reason for the return. When we receive the item/items for your exchange / refund will be processed within 24 Hours.
