 At Tuxgear Inc, our commitment to customer satisfaction extends to our Returns & Exchanges policy. We strive to make the process simple and convenient for you.
Exchange Policy: You're welcome to exchange items if they are unworn, with tags and packaging intact. There won't be a restocking fee if these conditions are met. However, you'll be responsible for the shipping fees for sending the new items to you and back to us.
Return Policy: Returns are accepted with a 10% restocking fee on non-defective items. We regret that returns can't be accepted after 30 days. Please note, special order or closeout items are non-returnable. Similar to exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping fees to and from our facility.
Return Instructions: For easy exchanges, we recommend reordering the correct size online and mentioning the brand name of the item you already have in the comment section during checkout. Alternatively, you can return the item/items with exchange instructions enclosed and include a $6.95 check for reshipping. If the check isn't included, we'll charge the credit card used for the original order.

Please include your packing slip or a paper with your details and a brief note explaining the reason for the return. Once we receive your items, your exchange or refund will be processed promptly, typically within 24 hours
