Over Order Policy:
If you are unsure of which size to order and you don't have much time, you are welcome to over order. If you order two different sizes to make sure of the proper size, you may return the unneeded size for a refund. If you put the tuxedo back on the hanger with all the tags and packaging in tack, as it was sent to you, we will not charge a restocking fee.
You are always welcome to exchange. If you keep all tags and packaging in good condition and the item/items have not been worn, there will not be a restocking fee. The shipping fees to send the new items to you and the shipping fees to send the items back to us are your responsibly.
Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and fine print, Tuxgear.com offers a "Risk Free Returns Policy" on domestic orders placed on our web site or taken by our customer service representatives.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse (within 30 days) for a full refund of the product(s) price. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for restocking fees if they cannot use the items purchased. This simply means that if you need to exchange/return a size, change colors, or just don't like the items purchased you can send them back for a full refund of the product price. Orders returned after 30 days are subject to a small restocking fee, usally no more the 15% of purchase price.
Returns on refused packages may be charged for the cost of the return shipping. Any rufunds due for a refused package would be minus all shipping costs.
For quick and easy refunds and exchanges please follow these simple guidelenes:
- Products must be in the original condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging with all tags attached.
- Your Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date to avoid fees.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original credit card used for payment within 5 days.
Please note that depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is given for it to post to your account. Items returned that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted back for refund. Items with missing parts and/or missing tags will be subject to fees. Please note that special order items (items that we do not normally carry) are non returnable .

Include your packing slip or a paper with your name, address, telephone number and a brief note with the reason for the return. When we receive the item/items for your exchange / refund will be processed within 24 Hours.
